Terms of Service

By accessing or using Droplist ("Service") at droplist.pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

Droplist is a SaaS platform that provides: • Lead generation tools for finding local businesses • Cold outreach management • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads management • AI-powered campaign analysis and optimization • Client reporting and portal tools • Content scheduling We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To use Droplist, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@droplist.pro You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

Droplist offers paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Agency). By subscribing: • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • All fees are in USD and non-refundable unless required by law • You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

You agree not to use Droplist to: • Send spam or unsolicited emails in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable laws • Scrape or harvest data in violation of any website's terms of service • Violate Meta's Platform Terms or advertising policies • Harass, threaten, or harm any individual or business • Upload malicious code or attempt to breach the platform's security • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission • Use the Service for any illegal purpose We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

When using Droplist's Meta Ads Manager feature: • You are responsible for ensuring your ad campaigns comply with Meta's advertising policies • You grant Droplist permission to access and manage your Meta ad accounts on your behalf • You can revoke this access at any time from your Meta Business Manager • Droplist is not responsible for ad spend, campaign results, or policy violations on Meta's platform • Meta's own Terms of Service and Platform Policies apply to all advertising activity

All content, features, and functionality of Droplist — including but not limited to the software, design, text, and logos — are owned by Droplist and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the platform, including your prospect lists, email content, and campaign data.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Droplist is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind • We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service, including leads generated, emails opened, or ad performance • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service • Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Droplist and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
